Job summary

Harvard Business Publishing in the Netherlands seeks an EU Datacenter Specialist to act as the expert for EU Datacenter operations and client support across our digital learning platforms. Qualifications

• 5+ years in educational technology, technical support, product support, client success, systems administration, implementation, or related field.
• Proficient troubleshooting complex technical and operational issues while balancing client needs and business priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with GDPR/EU data privacy regulations and regulated data environments.
• Experience supporting SSO, LMS integrations, APIs, xAPI, identity management, and data feeds.
• Knowledge of escalation management, incident response, and service operations.
• Experience using analytics/monitoring tools to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own EU Datacenter operations, processes, restricted PII workflows, and client support activities.
• Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support for platform, user, integration, and system issues with a high-touch approach.
• Build and maintain client relationships, manage escalations, and provide proactive updates.
• Manage user administration including account provisioning, permissions, and access control.
• Support integrations: LMS, Single Sign-On (SSO), APIs, xAPI, and data feeds.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to investigate issues and improve service delivery.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
