Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as HR Business Partner partnering with managers and leaders in a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch and European labor law and local regulations.
• Ability to influence leaders and provide coaching across multiple levels of the organization.
• Hands-on, collaborative, and proactive; able to simplify and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective sparring partner for team leads on people growth and development.
• Coach and provide HR expertise to business leaders on local processes to manage teams.
• Collaborate with global HR Centers of Expertise to launch initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvements as we scale.
• Support performance management and growth conversations.
• Advocate for employees as the company grows in a high-performance environment.
• Guide managers to apply core values in day-to-day decisions.
• Foster diversity, equity and inclusion across teams.
