Job summary

Vapi Inc. is hiring a Solutions Architect to drive enterprise engagements in Amsterdam. You will learn the product, customer use cases, and sales motion, then own technical discovery and demos for active deals. You’ll design customer-specific demos, help shape POCs, and answer technical questions clearly.

You will lead the technical side of enterprise deals from first call through close and go-live, creating reusable artifacts and feeding product feedback to engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture.
• Able to write code to build a working integration and read API responses.
• Experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure (SIP, Twilio, Genesys, Five9).
• Comfortable speaking with engineers and executives and adjusting detail level accordingly.
• Energetic about technical sales: discovery, architecture, POCs, objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Learn product, use cases, and sales motion; shadow enterprise calls and understand architecture.
• Own technical discovery and demos for active enterprise deals; design customer-specific demos and POCs.
• Lead the technical side of deals from first call to close and go-live; document patterns and feed gaps back to teams.
