Job summary

Slope is hiring a Solutions Architect to drive technical engagement with enterprise customers for the Vapi platform. You will learn the product, customer use cases, and the sales motion, then own technical discovery, demos, and POCs.

You’ll lead the technical side of deals from first call to go-live, documenting patterns and feeding feedback to product and engineering. You should have 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role, with hands-on integration and voice/telephony experience, plus the

Qualifications

4+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture.
Ability to build a working integration by writing code and debugging without always needing an engineer.
Experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure (e.g., SIP, Twilio, Genesys, Five9).
Able to communicate with both engineers and executives at the appropriate detail level.

Responsibilities

Learn Vapi’s product, customer use cases, sales motion, and common technical objections within 30 days.
Own technical discovery and demos for active enterprise deals and design customer-specific POCs within 60 days.
Lead the technical side of enterprise deals from first call through close and go-live within 90 days.
