Job summary

Yardi is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support the Sales team by acting as a functional and technical expert on Yardi solutions. You will demonstrate products, advise clients on utilization, participate in sales calls, and help create sales tools and demo scripts.

The role requires 2+ years in software sales or pre-sales, fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to work with C-suite prospects in the real estate/SaaS/ERP space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of software sales or pre-sales experience, preferably with a Cloud ERP.
• Industry knowledge: Real estate and SaaS/ERP.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Ability to interface with C-suite prospects and clients.
• Fluency in Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates products at a detailed level with a consultative approach.
• Utilizes knowledge of Yardi products to present value propositions to clients and prospects.
• Ensures the demo environment is accurate and current with all data.
• Participates in sales calls and meetings with prospects.
• Assists in creating sales tools and demonstration scripts and conducts product training.
