Job summary

YAVICA is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to help real estate clients optimise processes using FlexProperty on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. You will collaborate with an international network of colleagues and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to maximise product value and measurable results.

You will support clients across Europe, implementing FlexProperty and building lasting partnerships based on trust and value creation.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise property management or real estate ERP solutions.
Experience implementing ERP or property management solutions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Structured, hands-on approach with independence in project work.

Responsibilities

Work closely with customers, developers and other consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead customer workshops and translate real-estate business requirements into practical configured standard solutions.
Configure YAVICA FlexProperty and advise customers on standard functionality.
Perform FIT/GAP analysis and design solutions with additional functionality or integrations.
Support customers through implementation, including testing, data migration, training and go-live.
Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely completion per project methodology.
