Job summary

Yardi is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant focused on Finance & Accounting to lead deployments, train clients, and optimize financial workflows within Yardi software products.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage complex configurations and data mappings across multiple client engagements. Occasional on-site visits are expected as part of professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting processes and translating requirements into ERP configurations.
• 5+ years of software or business process consulting with customers.
• 3 years of project management experience in accounting, business processes, or real estate software.
• Experience in ERP systems and ERP financial implementations.
• Experience positively influencing clients, peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex system and business process reviews and recommends productivity gains (on-site as needed).
• Trains clients and manages software integrations, maintenance, and updates with clients.
• Researches, analyzes, and resolves software functionality and reporting problems for clients.
• Collaborates with clients to optimize financial workflows and system configurations within ERP.
• Analyzes client operational needs to determine initial system configuration and data mapping.
