Job summary

NetApp is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers and partner closely with Client Executives to drive business outcomes across both existing accounts and net-new opportunities.

You will design, architect, and configure solutions across complex enterprise environments, manage multiple deals at various stages, and bring the art of what’s possible to every engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven (4 year +) success supporting enterprise or large customers in complex sales cycles.
• Engage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Data Storage, Data Protection/Continuity (including Cyber), Virtualization, Containers and ideally Cloud architectures.
• Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers while partnering with Client Executives.
• Design, architect, and configure solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Manage multiple deals at various stages (from new logos to long-term strategic accounts).
• Conduct hands-on POCs and technical workshops; contribute to ROI/TCO analyses.
