Job summary

NN Group is seeking a Solution Architect for Data & AI Services in the Netherlands. You will define and drive architecture for enterprise Data & AI products, platforms, and cloud-native solutions, guiding engineers and influencing architecture decisions to promote engineering excellence.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable, secure data products aligned with governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solution architecture or related fields.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions.
• Proven track record delivering complex data, analytics, or AI platforms.
• Proven expertise in Data & AI platforms, data products, Data Mesh, MLOps/AgentOps, data governance, data quality.
• Strong cloud knowledge across Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, PaaS, IaC, CI/CD automation and cloud security.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other architects and stakeholders.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architectures for Data & AI products.
• Translate business outcomes and product visions into scalable technical solutions.
• Design integration patterns across Data Governance, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, and BI domains.
• Ensure data products are reusable, discoverable, secure, and aligned with governance standards.
• Lead ADRs and design reviews, ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture principles.
• Act as trusted advisor to Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and development teams.
