Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered solutions within client environments. You will work with senior engineers and consulting leads to implement scalable, production-ready systems for enterprise customers.

The role involves hands-on engineering, client-facing collaboration, and support for deployments, testing, and knowledge transfer to client teams across healthcare and enterprise domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• Master’s in AI/ML or related field is preferred.
• 15+ years client-facing AI implementation experience.
• 5+ years in at least one programming language (Python/Java/SQL).

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based workflows and automation.
• Implement integrations between AI models, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop solution components using modern languages and cloud platforms.
• Support deployment, testing, and end-to-end delivery in client engagements.
• Document components and transfer knowledge to client teams.
