Job summary

ZeroTier, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Director: Enterprise Technology to drive new logo acquisition and expansion across large enterprise IT environments. You will engage senior IT stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and lead strategic initiatives in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud connectivity.

The role is remote in Western Europe, with travel as needed. A track record of quota attainment and partner-driven growth is required, along with strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• Experience selling SaaS to large organizations
• Understanding of enterprise IT, security and networking requirements
• Ability to engage CIO/CISO and other senior IT stakeholders
• Proven track record of new logo acquisition and quota attainment
• Experience in outbound prospecting and partner selling

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through new logo acquisition and expansion in enterprise accounts
• Develop and execute account growth strategies that exceed quotas
• Manage pipeline and qualify inbound/outbound leads
• Provide feedback on product, packaging, and pricing based on market insights
• Represent the company at events and customer meetings; travel as needed
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
