Job summary

Bynder is seeking a motivated Associate Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize value from the Bynder platform. You will drive adoption, engagement, retention and growth through digital initiatives and proactive outreach.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs, address risks, and accelerate value realization. English fluency required; Dutch/French/German a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on adoption, retention and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption and engagement through digital outreach and campaigns.
• Educate customers on DAM best practices and platform usage.
• Execute scaled customer engagement initiatives to drive adoption.
• Support retention and renewal by monitoring health signals and follow-up actions.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to progress them.
• Enable customer success through automation, AI, and success tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
