Ultimo, part of IFS, seeks a Senior Account Executive – New Business in the Benelux region. Based in the Netherlands with hybrid working, you will lead strategic outbound efforts and own new commercial accounts across Utilities, Energy, and Logistics, engaging C-level and senior stakeholders to drive value-led sales.

You will operate in a high-autonomy, CRM-driven environment, shaping enterprise growth with a proactive hunting approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial new business SaaS or software sales in complex environments.
• Strong pipeline creation and outbound capability.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with consultative, value-led selling.

Responsibilities

• Own new business acquisition across Commercial accounts in Benelux.
• Build pipeline through strategic outbound and account planning.
• Lead full enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close.
