Job summary

Ultimo, part of IFS, is recruiting a Senior Account Executive for the Benelux install base. The role focuses on growing existing customer relationships across Utilities, Energy, and Logistics, in a Netherlands-based hybrid/remote setting.

You will drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, engage operational leaders, and position Ultimo with value-led, consultative conversations to increase long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Proven success in account growth, expansion, or install base sales.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales environments.
• Strong account planning and relationship management capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing commercial accounts in Benelux (Utilities, Energy, Logistics).
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities across sites and business units.
• Lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with operational leaders and maintenance teams to drive value.
