Job summary

WeTravel in Amsterdam is hiring a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering. You’ll partner with technical hiring managers, craft targeted passive outreach, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

This is a hybrid role in a fast-growing, travel-focused company with a global engineering team. You’ll leverage Ashby and other tools to build pipelines, improve processes, and help WeTravel attract top technical talent

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience
• Deep sourcing expertise across tech ecosystems
• Strong understanding of tech stacks and engineers’ needs
• Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and data-driven recruiting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English
• Independent, proactive, able to prioritize in a fast-growing environment
• Available 32–40 hours per week and able to work from Amsterdam office 2–3 days/week

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product & Engineering roles.
• Master the art of sourcing—beyond LinkedIn to GitHub, meetups, and niche communities.
• Partner with hiring managers, advise on quality of hire and process improvements.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect WeTravel's culture and mission.
• Use data to drive decisions, monitor pipeline health, and optimize conversions in Ashby.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with great candidates.
• Represent WeTravel as a brand ambassador at events and in candidate conversations.
• Identify process improvements to make recruiting workflows more efficient.
