Job summary

Fresha, Amsterdam-based, seeks a Talent Specialist to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across Southern Europe. You’ll partner with Global Head of Talent and hiring managers, delivering a high-quality experience from sourcing to close in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Fluent Dutch and English are required; Italian is advantageous. The role is office-based, five days a week, with a market-rate salary of €35,000-€40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Italian is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management abilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: support processes from briefing to offer and close.
• Candidate Sourcing: build pipelines across functions and markets.
• Candidate Engagement: craft outreach for passive talent.
• Screening & Assessment: initial screening calls and fit checks.
• Interview Coordination: schedule across time zones and stakeholders.
• ATS & Recruitment Operations: maintain candidate data and processes.
• Talent Initiatives: contribute to branding, events and improvements.
