You will mentor engineers, balance hands-on work with strategic planning, and drive initiatives that accelerate delivery while maintaining robust systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; active listener.
• Hands-on experience building scalable systems, preferably on JVM or PHP stacks.
• Strong product sense with customer focus.

Responsibilities
