WeTravel is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner in Amsterdam to help build engineering and product teams. You’ll partner with technical hiring managers, craft outreach to passive candidates, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience whether they join or not.

Typical weeks involve syncing with teams, dedicated sourcing, screening calls, and close collaboration on employer branding with Marketing to showcase WeTravel’s engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting engineers and product teams.
• Strong sourcing and outreach to passive candidates.
• Excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical hiring managers to build talent pipelines for engineering and product teams.
• Develop Boolean searches and sourcing strategies to identify top engineers.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and provide thoughtful feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding, including LinkedIn content.
• Coordinate final interviews and offers to close strong hires.
