Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a sales-focused professional to coordinate technical and commercial proposals for data center and process industry customers across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will understand needs, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution while building long-term customer relationships.

You will work with customers, consultants, sales teams, bid managers, and legal experts to identify opportunities, monitor CRM data, and expand the portfolio

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and commercial negotiation within technical or industrial environments.
• Technical understanding of electrical engineering and related systems.
• Experience in customer-facing roles coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor sales activities for energy distribution solutions in international markets.
• Identify customer requirements and coordinate tailored solutions with portfolio alignment.
• Develop trusted relationships and negotiate contracts with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical, financial, and risk assessments with traceability in offers.
• Own handover from commercial agreement to project execution with proper documentation.
• Promote opportunities through market development and cross-functional leadership.
