Job summary

Siemens in The Hague seeks a Project Manager to lead international power distribution projects for data centers across Europe. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, engage customers and suppliers, and travel to sites, factories and partner locations to bring projects to life.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical or power distribution, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and certifications such as PMP or IPMA and VCA VOL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical or power distribution projects.
• Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of LV/MV power distribution.
• Proven track record in managing complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong awareness of safety standards and HSE regulations.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~25%).

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, planning, and project risks.
• Coordinate international project teams and subcontractors.
• Manage end-to-end HV/MV power distribution projects.
• Serve as primary customer interface throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure technical quality and successful delivery of electrical solutions.
• Lead milestones such as FAT and SAT and uphold HSE excellence.
