Job summary

Delta Energy Systems, a global leader in switching power supplies and thermal management, seeks an experienced Senior Business Development and Key Account Manager in the Netherlands. You will drive strategic opportunities in the power electronics value chain for data center and grid applications, engaging early with customers and managing key accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in power electronics, a relevant Electrical Engineering degree, and a proven ability to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in power electronics industry.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience managing grid-connected power conversion systems and critical power infra.
Proven track record with customers to deliver solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to report to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop high-potential business opportunities in data center and grid segments.
Monitor market trends (Hydrogen, HVDC, UPS, EaaS) and adjust strategies.
Manage existing customers through full product lifecycle with long-term partnerships.
Hit defined sales targets and drive regional growth.
Collaborate with product, application engineering and operations to ensure timely solutions.
Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility and revenue forecasts.
