Jobgether SRL is seeking a Workday Director - EMEA Professional Services Leader based in the Netherlands. You will drive regional performance, oversee Workday implementations and managed services, and shape commercial strategies with Sales and alliance partners.

Lead experienced teams across multiple countries and cultivate executive relationships with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes. The role requires extensive Workday expertise, strong financial acumen, and ability to travel up to 40%

Formación

• Requires 12+ years of professional services or consulting leadership experience.
• Minimum 5+ years leading regional or multi-country delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA Workday Professional Services business, owning regional financial performance including revenue, margins, utilization, backlog, and forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with Sales and alliance teams to drive pipeline, bids, pricing and contract reviews.
• Oversee delivery governance, methodologies, quality standards, and risk management across the region.
• Build executive relationships with senior client stakeholders and sponsor strategic accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Develop and mentor regional leaders, establish succession plans, and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.
