Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Engagement Manager in the Netherlands to lead the complete delivery lifecycle of Workday solutions for customers. You will coordinate with customer business teams and internal delivery units to shape scope, define delivery plans and ensure commercially viable results.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Workday with successful delivery in a consulting setting.
• Hold a Workday PM Certification and familiarity with delivery methodologies.
• End-to-end project management from opportunity to go-live and service.
• Fluent in Dutch and English for client interactions and governance.
• Proven track record in managing geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Commercially manage global Workday programmes from pre-sales to handover.
• Serve as the key client interface between functional and technical groups.
• Provide domain insight (HCM, Fin, Payroll) to steer delivery.
• Oversee all project delivery aspects: planning, resourcing, milestones.
• Lead blended teams and drive an integrated delivery culture.
• Agree objectives, milestones and contract terms with the client.
• Document requirements, configurations and tests for transfer.
• Present deliverables to client groups to secure recommendations.
• Identify and act on opportunities to win additional business.
