Job summary

EMEA Recruitment is recruiting an HR Project Manager – Talent & Learning to support multiple business units across Europe in executing talent management strategies, succession plans, leadership development and learning & development initiatives.

You will lead regional Talent Management, coordinate employee engagement programmes, and drive HR reporting and people analytics across the region, including HR lifecycle duties for the Netherlands office.

Qualifications

8+ years of HR experience in an international organisation.
Strong background in Talent Management, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.
Good understanding of different cultures across Europe.
Strong project management, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience with HR systems and people analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Talent Management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives across Europe.
Coordinate employee engagement programmes and support action plans based on results.
Manage HR reporting and people analytics across the region.
Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to deliver regional HR initiatives and events.
HR management responsibilities for The Netherlands office including recruitment and end to end employee lifecycle.
