Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources is seeking an experienced and internationally-minded Payroll Program & Process Manager for a temporary 6-month assignment in the Netherlands, offering hybrid or remote options to support the Head of Payroll and Global Payroll Process Lead in driving payroll transformation, governance, operational excellence and strategic projects across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

8+ years of payroll, payroll operations, transformation, or project management.
Experience in SSC/GBS or outsourcing environments.
Experience with multi-country payroll operations in Europe/EMEA.
Proven record leading complex international projects.
Experience with payroll vendors and outsourced models.
Strong process improvement and governance mindset.
Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate EMEA payroll transformation initiatives, including standardisation and automation.
Manage regional payroll projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
Support payroll system enhancements, integrations and migrations.
Drive governance, controls and operational excellence across regions.
Prepare executive reporting, KPI dashboards and business cases.
