Job summary

Yanmar Marine International seeks a Spare Parts & Dealer Network Specialist to drive parts sales and strengthen dealer partnerships across the Netherlands. You will collaborate with dealers, distributors, and internal teams to expand aftermarket business and maintain high service levels.

The role focuses on spare parts sales performance, dealer development, and operational improvements, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to influence regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in spare parts, aftersales, logistics, or similar operations.
• Experience with dealer or distributor networks is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive spare parts sales performance and regional targets.
• Improve dealer development and operational excellence across the network.
• Analyze market developments and opportunities for dealer network growth.
• Monitor dealer inventory, KPI, and parts availability using CRM/ERP tools.
• Coordinate dealer onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Yanmar dealer standards and reporting.
