Brunswick Corporation is seeking an EMEA Aftersales & Technical Associate to lead dealer support and aftersales initiatives across the EMEA region from Amsterdam. You’ll collaborate with regional teams to drive service excellence, deliver training, and ensure first-time resolution through a dealer-led model.

The role emphasizes technical training, stakeholder coordination, and a strong focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out dealer success strategies supporting the EMEA Aftersales Team.
• Meet OKR, KPI, and customer experience targets.
• Provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform servicing, repairs and equipment readiness for events as needed.
• Act as primary aftersales contact for assigned dealers and service centers.
• Drive dealer onboarding, certification, and compliance programs.
