Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Solutions Architecture Senior Manager based in Europe to build and scale an SA organization across the EMEA region. You will partner with Sales to shape the regional engagement model and drive strategic customer engagements in cloud, AI, and infrastructure.

You will lead senior technical teams, develop talent, and establish clear operating models while engaging with C-level technology leaders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven people-management experience leading senior technical professionals.
• Strong track record with customer-facing technical teams across EMEA.
• Experience building and operating architecture/engineering organizations.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a Solutions Architecture org across multiple EMEA markets.
• Define engagement model in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Establish operating processes and performance expectations.
• Recruit, develop and retain senior technical professionals and leaders.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders on strategic opportunities.
• Lead complex conversations linking business objectives to cloud and AI solutions.
• Provide market feedback to Product/Tech and influence future direction.
• Shape future org structure, specialization, and ownership boundaries.
