Job summary

Amazon Web Services seeks a Senior ProServe Cloud Architect to lead architecture and delivery for a strategic travel and hospitality partnership in EMEA. You will translate business challenges into scalable AWS solutions, bridging ProServe and Delivery teams, with hands-on engagement across client sites.

The role involves travel to client locations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to deliver technical leadership, design, and advisory services, shaping cloud adoption and modernization

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role experience.
• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Create and lead complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that deliver measurable Customer Business Outcomes (CBOs). Act as the technical conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams.
• Pre‑Sales Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise, best practices, and solution demonstrations during the pre‑sales motion.
• Trusted Customer Advisory: Advise customer engineering and product leaders on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative cloud solutions.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers, Shared Delivery Teams, and AWS service teams to ensure seamless hand‑off and successful implementation.
• Knowledge Leadership: Mentor and train team members, create reusable artifacts, and drive process improvements across the organization.
• Business Value Translation: Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for stakeholders.
