Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Director, Alliance based in the Netherlands to build and scale strategic partnerships across EMEA. You will lead relationships with top-tier GSIs, shaping joint strategies that drive adoption, revenue, and growth, while guiding a team of alliance professionals.

You will foster executive governance, drive partner-enabled GTM, and accelerate co-innovation in Data and AI, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and scale strategic partnerships across EMEA.
• Experience leading alliance or partner teams to exceed objectives.
• Deep understanding of GSIs and their value propositions.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite stakeholder engagement.
• Track record of translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA alliance strategy with top-tier GSI partners.
• Build executive governance through reviews and joint planning.
• Define partner strategies around consumption, pipeline, and adoption.
• Lead partner capabilities and AI/data technology initiatives.
• Drive joint co-innovation and partner-led GTM campaigns.
• Activate structured migration and sales motions with funded programs.
• Coach and develop a team of alliance professionals.
• Increase partner-sourced pipeline and customer impact.
• Establish governance for attribution of partner-influenced pipeline.
• Develop enablement programs and invest in repeatable solutions.
• Own lifecycle of partnerships from evaluation to offboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Advocate alliance strategy across Product, Sales, Engineering and Ops.
