Job summary

Feedzai is seeking an experienced Solution Consulting Manager for EMEA to lead and develop a high-performing SC team, enabling our RiskOps platform for financial institutions across the region. You will partner with the EMEA General Manager and key stakeholders to drive deal strategy and ensure alignment between Sales, Product, and Delivery.

You will guide SC resources, unblock operational barriers, and foster self-sufficiency among team members, while traveling up to 30% across the EMEA region

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing, leading, or mentoring pre-sales professionals.
• 7+ years of total experience as a Solution Consultant / Pre-sales Engineer.
• Deep experience in Financial Services, with fraud/risk domain knowledge.
• Executive-level partnership with regional leaders and sales teams.
• Experience enabling technical sales teams and scalable enablement programs.
• Background in fast-paced enterprise SaaS environments.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, STEM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and lead the EMEA Solution Consulting team; unblock blockers.
• Ensure continuous platform enablement and value proposition understanding.
• Partner with the EMEA GM and regional stakeholders on go-to-market and deals.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders on major opportunities; participate in deals.
• Manage staffing, resources, and pipeline across regional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery on regional requirements.
