Lucid Software is hiring an EMEA SMB New Logo Account Executive (DACH) to drive new business in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will own territory planning, lead proactive outbound efforts, and close multi‑million‑dollar deals with C‑level prospects across SaaS/tech industries.

In this hybrid role, you’ll split time between our Amsterdam office and remote work, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales closing experience or 2+ years of business development/SDR experience in SaaS/tech
• Strong outbound track record with multi-channel strategies to engage C-level prospects
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset and proactive communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
• This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in‑person collaboration at our Amsterdam, NL office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Act as the “CEO of your territory” by mapping target accounts and pursuing opportunities
• Manage high-volume, fast-paced sales cycles from qualification to close
• Build and execute proactive outbound strategies to create a high volume of meaningful conversations
• Stay curious with new angles, messaging, and entry points for prospects
• Combine automation with personalized outreach where it matters
• Lead effective discovery and deliver tailored demos to users and decision-makers
• Bring resilience and a positive mindset to a fast-moving environment
• Support team goals and contribute to a strong team culture
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed
