Job summary

RHONDOS Inc. in the EMEA region seeks a mid-level Sales Engineer with hands-on SAP experience to drive technical discovery and demos for enterprise customers.

You will own technical responses, proof-of-concept engagements, and collaborate with account executives through the full sales cycle, translating requirements into RHONDOS‑level solutions. This remote-first role offers a base salary in the €110,000–€130,000 range plus uncapped variable, with extensive benefits and exposure to SAP security,

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or SAP consulting role.
• Hands-on SAP functional or technical expertise with SAP customers and products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles alongside account executives.
• Strong written and verbal English; multilingual a strong plus.
• Residence in and authorization to work in Germany, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, or Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer SAP landscapes, security posture, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of PowerConnect and RHONDOS platform to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop and present proof-of-concept engagements, architecture proposals, and technical responses to RFPs.
• Partner with account executives throughout the sales cycle as the primary technical voice.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs that map to RHONDOS capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer IT, security, and SAP Basis teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services on post-close handoffs.
• Mentor junior Sales Engineers and contribute to SE playbooks and assets.
• Provide market and competitive feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Represent RHONDOS at SAP and cybersecurity events, conferences, and webinars.
• Travel across the region approximately 20%.
