Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services seeks an experienced SAP EMEA Regional Leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will lead a diverse team, expand market share, and ensure successful SAP delivery for clients in the region.

The role requires extensive SAP expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record of growing revenue across the EMEA SAP ecosystem. Travel across the region is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP consulting/implementation experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing regional teams and P&L.
• Proven revenue growth and market-share expansion in SAP in EMEA.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional SAP business strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing SAP team across multiple countries.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for SAP in EMEA via new business and expansion of accounts.
• Oversee delivery of SAP projects ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and SAP representatives in the region.
• Monitor market trends and SAP technologies to identify opportunities.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Represent Hitachi Digital Services at industry events and forums.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
