Job summary

Radiall is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the EMEA region, based at the Hoevelaken office with a hybrid model (3 days on-site, 1 day remote). The role combines commercial development with order management, handling quotes, RFQs, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage ERP entries, and leverage your SAP SD knowledge to optimize quote conversion and account performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, account management, order management or customer service in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in SAP (SD) and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotes (RFQs) and drive order conversion.
• Coordinate with internal planners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Enter, manage and track orders in the ERP system (SAP SD).
• Ensure orders comply with commercial terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with marketing, Supply Chain, Credit Management and product line leaders.
