Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking an experienced SAP EMEA Regional Leader to drive growth and operational excellence of our SAP practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will lead a regional team, expand market share, and ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions for clients in the region.

The role requires deep SAP expertise (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, BI), strong leadership, and a proven track record of revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• 15+ years in SAP consulting/implementation with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and market share in SAP space.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional SAP strategy across Europe, Middle East, Africa.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SAP team across countries.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for SAP practice in EMEA.
• Oversee SAP delivery projects ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and SAP reps in EMEA.
• Monitor trends and adapt strategies; manage budgets and resources.
