ServiceNow—EMEA Field Operations is seeking a Senior Director to lead the operational engine of the Customer Excellence Group across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will define strategy, drive the annual operating plan, and own performance metrics while partnering with Finance, HR, and Sales to align cross-functional priorities and resources.

You will help the GVP, EMEA CEG, and SPO Leadership implement strategic transformations and ensure growth targets are met through disciplined

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive operational strategy across a geographi cal region.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, HR, and Sales functions.
• Track record of leading teams and delivering results in a matrixed org.
• Strong data analytics, financial acumen, and executive communication skills.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for strategic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and run the operational cadence and annual operating plan for EMEA CEG.
• Own performance metrics, forecasts, and headcount planning with senior leaders.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare executive communications and board-ready materials.
• Lead and develop an high-performing operations team in a large, distributed org.
