Job summary

Apollo Tyres Ltd, Amsterdam, is seeking a commercially driven Pricing Manager who turns insights into action to shape price positioning and realization across Europe. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and senior management to translate market information into practical pricing decisions.

This role is not pure price administration; it requires ownership from insight to implementation, driving measurable impact and a future-ready pricing capability across Europe.

Qualifications

• A strong track record in pricing, revenue management, commercial excellence or commercial strategy.
• Experience taking ownership of pricing decisions or projects in a complex B2B environment.
• Fluent business English and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously improve our EMEA pricing strategy and architecture.
• Translate customer, competitor, market and cost insights into clear commercial actions.
• Lead price setting, price-list changes and commercial-condition development.
• Improve price realization, margin transparency and pricing performance.
• Turn recommendations into implemented actions with measurable business impact.
• Strengthen pricing governance while enabling responsive commercial decisions.
• Advance pricing through better data, processes, systems and automation.
• Act as an influential business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and senior management.
