Job summary

Apollo Tyres Ltd in Amsterdam is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Finance Business Partnering team. You will look after the Off Highway Tyre (OHT) product line, strengthen financial focus in planning, budgeting, forecasting and recording, and provide insights for better business decisions.

• Master’s degree in finance or related field.
• 4–5 years of international manufacturing/commercial experience.
• Experience with data lake and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools and SAP Sales module.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to analyze financials for growth and margin improvement.
• Own sales reporting: price/mix, DSO, aging reports, SG&A via data lake BI tool.
• Lead sales forecasting: collect, consolidate and analyze forecasts.
• Prepare finance slides for Sales & Marketing reviews.
• Support annual budget in integrated IT environment per timelines.
• Financial evaluation of new OEM opportunities.
• Assist cost steering with cost reduction targets when required.

Department/Function: Finance Business Partnering

Purpose of the Job: In the finance business partnering department, we are looking for a colleague to join us and look after the Off Highway Tyre (OHT) product line. The position is responsible for enhancing financial focus in planning and budgeting, providing financial insights for better business decisions, and enable accurate financial figures for forecasting and recording.

Major Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: Support Sales leadership team on financial analysis to steer sales growth and margin improvement initiatives and related action planning or decision making.
• Sales Reporting: Overall responsibility for key business and financial reports e.g. sales price/mix margin report, DSO, Customer & Inventory ageing reports, SG&A report by way of extraction from data lake i.e. companies Business Intelligence tool
• Sales Forecasting: Manage regular process of collection of sales forecasts from business teams, consolidate and analyse these forecasts
• Business Review Presentations: Responsibility for financial performance slides and participation in various management review meetings related to sales & marketing.
• Business Planning:Support Sales teams in data preparation and analysis related to annual budget exercise in integrated IT environment, as per timelines.
• OEM sales support: Financial evaluation of new business cases to support management decision making.
• Cost steering: support sales, marketing, and other clusters in finalizing cost reduction targets as and when required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance related major. An additional qualification on business controlling or Data management will be preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of work experience in international manufacturing / commercial organization, preferably in similar role
• Good understanding of data lake and data analysis capabilities
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools and Sales module of SAP system
• Good Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good communication and inter-personal
