Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the Netherlands seeks a Pricing Lead for a fast-growing European payments business. You will own pricing strategy from design to rollout across a high-transaction environment, partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations.

You’ll build scalable pricing tools, monitor margins, and drive profitability while enabling growth across regions. Strong analytical, collaborative, and leadership skills are essential, with experience in payments pricing and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Significant, demonstrable experience in commercial pricing or strategic finance within a high-transaction business.
• Strong understanding of payments pricing, ideally card payments and interchange.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using data to develop actionable pricing strategies addressing business and customer needs.
• Ability to design and implement pricing processes, models, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of new pricing strategies and go-to-market approaches.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology to identify strategic pricing opportunities.
• Ensure input costs, data, and reconciliation are reflected in pricing models.
• Incorporate market feedback into pricing tools, offers, and commercial strategies.
• Define pricing strategies from input costs to standard, customized, and bundled offers.
• Develop pricing tools that enable efficient decision-making during the sales process.
• Establish a scalable margin management process with profitability monitoring across regions.
