The role blends technology, problem-solving, and customer engagement with close collaboration to Sales, Product, and Customer teams.

The ideal candidate will translate requirements into designs, build credibility, and contribute to demo assets while thriving in a fast-moving environment and hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong ability to present complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of SaaS, digital commerce, ERP-connected platforms, or workflow-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, discovery, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Hybrid work, commuting 2–3 days a week to the office.
