Job summary

Align Technology in Amsterdam seeks a Clinical Education Manager EMEA, Ortho to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of orthodontic education programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role partners with regional commercial teams, KOLs, and internal stakeholders to ensure evidence-based, outcome-driven education.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in education or clinical roles.
• Experience in Medical Education field or with a DDS degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English; additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a strong plus.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong pedagogic skills and knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to translate clinical evidence into education and link outcomes to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and optimize EMEA orthodontic education programs across traditional and digital workflows.
• Deliver high-quality face-to-face and virtual education, including lectures, hands-on workshops, and blended learning.
• Define learning objectives and measure educational effectiveness against business KPIs.
• Track, analyze, and report learning outcomes; optimize content based on feedback and evidence.
• Manage relationships with KOLs, stakeholders, and speakers; coordinate speaker training and content alignment.
• Coordinate budgets and timelines using structured project management approaches; leverage digital tools for delivery and insights.
