Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Sr. Practice Development Manager to drive growth and adoption of Align Technology’s solutions—including Invisalign® and iTero®—across both General Practitioner (GP) and Orthodontic (Ortho) channels. This role is pivotal in enabling dental practices to digitize workflows, enhance patient engagement, and accelerate business performance through strategic collaboration, training, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cross‑channel practice development initiatives that align with Align’s strategic priorities.
• Drive adoption of digital workflows and tools (e.g., iTero® scanners, Smile Concierge) to support practice digitization and patient conversion.
• Collaborate with local marketing and sales teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer service and premium treatment experiences.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both GP and Ortho channels.
• Establish and nurture relationships with certified and non‑certified doctors to expand case potential and market penetration.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and strategic planning workshops to support practice growth.
