Job summary

Ricoh Europe Supply Chain is seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure on-time and complete delivery of products across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will act as the main contact for OpCos, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate with sales and internal teams across the EMEA region.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in customer service/order management/supply chain, and strong data-driven analytical skills.

• Experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive mindset with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Ricoh Operating Companies, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage customer orders, proactively resolving supply, delivery, and transportation issues.
• Coordinate with Sales Organizations and internal stakeholders across EMEA to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle priority requests and customer escalations with a strong focus on service excellence.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, service levels, and Points of Control to drive operational excellence.
• Work across multiple systems and processes to ensure accurate order execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization projects.
