Job summary

Specialized in the Netherlands, s'-Heerenberg, is seeking an EMEA Logistics Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead data-driven improvements across our logistics operations in EMEA. The role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, IT, and 3PLs to deliver KPI-driven projects from analysis to implementation.

You will develop project plans, process maps, procedures, and dashboards, perform root-cause analysis, and drive operational readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
2–5 years experience in logistics, supply chain, analytics, or continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and data visualization; Power BI a plus.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.
Experience in warehouse, transportation, inventory management, or fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across EMEA logistics operations.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, IT, and 3PLs to deliver improvements.
Coordinate project activities, including action tracking and risk management.
Develop project plans, process maps, and procedures.
Analyse end-to-end processes and identify inefficiencies.
Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
Lead UAT and post-implementation reviews.
