Job summary

Getinge Eindhoven is seeking a Logistics Process Engineer to drive operational excellence across our European Distribution Center. You will lead improvement initiatives, analyze end-to-end logistics, and translate data into sustainable changes that boost service levels, efficiency, and cost performance.

You will collaborate with EMEA Logistics, IT, and field partners, managing projects and CAPAs while leveraging SAP and BI tools to deliver clear dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in process optimization and project management.
• Experience with SAP and analytics tools for reporting.
• Strong data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics improvement projects across the European Distribution Center.
• Analyze end-to-end logistics and warehouse processes to identify bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (EMEA Logistics, IT, Sales, etc.).
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA implementations.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for operational decisions.
• Standardize processes with SOPs and best-practice implementation.
