Job summary

Personio Amsterdam is seeking a data-centric specialist to ensure accurate vehicle logistics information and support daily operations across customers, carriers, and partners. You will monitor performance, maintain data quality, and help optimize processes within Finished Vehicle Logistics.

The role suits someone with a logistics or IT background who enjoys data, systems, reporting, and performance monitoring, with opportunities for growth in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• HBO degree or equivalent in logistics, SCM, business admin, IT or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, transport or IT.
• Experience with operational data, EDI, reporting or KPI monitoring.
• Proficient with Excel and logistics systems (TMS/ERP).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality and accuracy across partners and customers.
• Maintain KPI dashboards, reports and data quality metrics.
• Support testing and implementation with new partners and systems.
• Be the first point of contact for data and reporting questions.
• Coordinate with IT and external partners to resolve data issues.
