Job summary

Siemens Software in Rotterdam (EMEA) seeks an ISV Technical Account Manager to own post‑sales technical relationships with a portfolio of partner software companies. You will guide architecture, enablement and growth, helping partners scale products and expand Mendix, AI Cloud and Graph Studio adoption.

You’ll work with CTOs and engineering leaders across EMEA, translating objectives into a Technical Success Plan and coordinating with product and implementation teams. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical account management, software engineering, architecture, consulting or similar roles.
• Experience building or supporting commercial SaaS or software products is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with CTOs, CPOs, architects and engineering leaders.
• Translate partner product and business objectives into Technical Success Plans.
• Advise partners on architecture, development practices and scalable deployment.
• Enable partner teams to independently build, operate and evolve products.
• Surface opportunities for Mendix, AI Cloud and Graph Studio to strengthen products.
• Collaborate with ISV Sales, Product, and implementation partners.
• Provide input to leadership on partner growth and roadmap direction.
