Siemens Software seeks an EMEA ISV Technical Account Manager to lead post-sales technical relationships with a portfolio of ISV partners. You will work with CTOs, CPOs and engineering teams to help partners scale products using Mendix, AI Cloud and Graph Studio.
You will translate partner objectives into Technical Success Plans, guide architecture decisions and enable partner teams through workshops and hands-on support. Travel across the EMEA region will be required.
This role is the technical lead for our EMEA ISV partners, helping software companies build and scale commercial products using Mendix, AI Cloud and Graph Studio. Together, these technologies combine application development, data and AI capabilities to help partners build more intelligent software products.
Our ISV partners build products or product suites that are deployed repeatedly across many end customers. Their technical choices therefore directly affect the scalability, reliability, maintainability and market success of their products.
The impact of this role goes beyond technical success. You help partners build products that succeed in the market, while identifying where our wider platform can create additional value. This includes expanding the use of Mendix and introducing AI Cloud and Graph Studio where they can strengthen the partner's product.
As an EMEA ISV Technical Account Manager, you own the post-sales technical relationship with a portfolio of ISV partners. You work closely with CTOs, CPOs, architects and engineering teams, helping them become technically self-sufficient and scale their products across their customer base.
