Job summary

Santen Amsterdam seeks a Business Application Manager, D&IT Projects, to drive end-to-end IS solutions that boost business performance across EMEA. You will collaborate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Global Supply Chain to plan, design, implement, manage, and drive user adoption of digital solutions.

In this role, you will guide projects through the full lifecycle, ensure GxP compliance, and perform CSV activities within the ISPD framework, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT/IS experience including digital transformation and international IT projects.
• Experience with data analytics, data science, and GenAI.
• Strong project management skills and structured working approach; proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
• Strategic thinking, customer focus, cross-functional collaboration, and experience working with international stakeholders, including Asian partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IS projects from planning through implementation with business stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, and Global Supply Chain.
• Conduct business process analysis, design and implement system solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Ensure GxP compliance and perform CSV activities in line with ISPD framework.
• Administer business systems, provide user support, and drive system enhancements to improve processes.
• Develop secure operating models, maintain system documentation, and support IS audits.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
• Act as a trusted IS advisor to business functions across the EMEA region.
• Ensure GDP guidelines are followed.
